Bamboo been in business for 18 years. Ours first location in Westford, Ma. Thought the years, we expand ours location to Dedham, Reading, Milford and Westboro Ma. All locations offer excellent lunch buffet seven days a week and Sunday night dinner buffet. We also have full Sushi Bar and a relaxing Lounge. Function Hall also available for office party and special events.

Best buffet! Great ambiance, clean and organized. Service typically very, very slow! Other dishes are Great too! Buffet however really rocks! Sushi available too. Buffet offers wide and varied selection! Sirloin and lobster selections often provided! Great chain! I've been to other locations and consistency is there for cleanliness, decor and buffet!

Called them at 11:30 am and confirmed they were open. I got there at 11:35 and had to wait outside for 5 minutes in the rain, then I left.

Good clean atmosphere and the buffet was well stock even with our party of 20. Food quality was were you would expect it to be. I did not try the sushi bar. A little noisy during the lunch time crowd.

We did the lunch buffet on a Friday afternoon... It was busy but not too crowded. The staff was friendly and prompt - even letting us know which soups were and were not included in the buffet price. The price is a bit higher than other buffets in the area, however they offer both Chinese and Japanese cuisines along with fresh sushi. The parking lot may appear crowded because Panera bread is right next door, with people going in and out. However I don't think finding a space would be a problem.

Stopped in at 8:30 on a Friday night. Got seated right away. Service was fast, but not friendly. The service was efficient, but everyone in my group noticed the attitude. We had 4 different dishes and the food was great. Maybe they were having a bad day, otherwise 5 star. The only other surprise was the only Japanese dishes served at night were Sushi, but the lunch menu has half a dozen Japenese options. One of our group had 2 Sushi dishes and they were excellent.

Bamboo in Bedford, MA, is coveniently located just off Route 3 or Route 128 in the Bedford edge close to Burlington and the Mall. It offers a nice option: Chinese or Japanese cusine, including a sushi bar. It is a favorite of mine for lunch. This holiday season, we tried Bamboo around 7 PM on Christmas Day. The place was alive with happy family and friends bringing holiday cheer with them. The great food and libations helped, too. There were even some families continuing gift giving and opening presents. Not to be missed!

We visit this place occasionally for their lunch buffet. Their selection of hot foods has been decent and it is rare that I would skip a bin. I've seen coworkers who had sushi rolls made for them but I like the hot food enough to not venture beyond it.

An amazingly large menu. They must do a huge lunch buffet business based on the layout but I was there for dinner. Portions were huge and the quality was good. The table next to me got sushi platters that were generous and looked to be very high quality.

Very neat and welcoming restaurant. They provide large meals and for reasonable rates. We loved the meals very much and the waiters were very personal and chatty. I recommend this place.

Nice restaurant . The food was really nice , especially the noodles . The waiter we had didn't speak much English so it was very hard to Know if she understood us and she came across a bit stern and direct . Recommend the noodles , the prawns and fish was cooked well . We had the cooked sushi ( because of all the flu concerns in Jan/ Feb ) , it was okay but I don't think it beats raw sushi .

Yes we go to bamboo on and off. I pretty much have to say for Chinese food we feel that China Star Lowell is the best. That being said when it comes to sushi and Maki rolls bamboo totally blows everyone away!a lot of other sushi rolls do not use a proper sticky rice to help hold together when they put the sashimi on top. Bamboo spend a little extra and gets a much better quality sticky rice. This sushi tempura sushimi tends to be a little more expensive. The quality however warrants that slightly higher. you have to go down to Boston to find any sushi or sashimi that would be as good if not a little better. Of course prices would probably be about 5 to $6 more per roll than they are at bamboo.

This place has very nice lunch buffet. It is a little on the pricey side for what it is ($15ish), but the food is good. Service was fine but the staff at the entrance were not particularly welcoming.

I called to make my order but the manager was just so nasty and rude. He was not welcoming from the beginning. He spoke so belittling and un professional.He was screaming like as if I had had a fight with him earlier. I eventually said to him You don’t have to scream: he goes ya and you have to listen to me! So I said to him it’s not the first time you talk to me like this. He kept screaming back at me, and then said you I won’t give you your food and hang up on me. I found out he was the manager from another worker who he commanded not to make my order when I called again. The poor woman said Sorry I have no choice my manager said NO.Anyways I got my food from another place on Cambridge St with a lot better service and way more delicious food

Good buffet selection including some basic sushi and everything is good quality.Lunch buffet with hot&sour soup (included with buffet) is my usual.Good spot for group lunches, they have plenty of space and lots of large tables throughout the restaurant.For very large groups or events they also have a large back room with even larger tables.

I went during the lunch buffet. It was tasty, but I wouldn't recommend it for sushi lovers - order that separately for better variety and freshness. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was nice.

Good food, nice dining hall but small portion and on the expensive side. I went there for dinner. The quality of the food is not bad but the price seems to be more expensive and the portion smaller than compatible Chinese suburban restaurants.

Been here twice now, it is a decent buffet place to grab for lunch. Restaurant itself is cozy and nicer than most asian fusion restos, the fried wanton is good, otherwise the food is subpar, the sushi is not fresh, i had a mild stomach upset after having the tuna sushi.

Great ambience. Good food & but pricey but worth it. Service fast since it’s happy time hours few patrons. Food good portion. Surprisingly the sashimi sliced and sized well closer to Japanese standard. Smiling faces could make it better.

I eat in this nice place quite often! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I visit this place many times. The cooking is fantastic, the staff is friendly and the payment is decent. I like being in this place for a rich dinner.
